Miles to Steps Calculator
Convert miles or kilometres into step counts. Enter a distance and your height (or stride length) to find exactly how many steps that distance requires.
Converting Distance to Steps
To convert a distance into steps, you divide the total distance by your stride length. For example, if you want to walk 5 km and your stride length is 75 cm, you would need 5,000 ÷ 0.75 = 6,667 steps. This calculator does that automatically based on your height.
